Friday the 13th was certainly not Black Friday for us! We were blessed with the most precious gift in the world, the gift of life. Millie Rose McEwan was born at The Mater Hospital on Friday the 13th April, three days before Jo's birthday. We would like to thank everyone for the best wishes, thoughts and support at this special time. We would also like to thank Dr. Paul Fowler and Susie Brew, the midwife who assisted in the birth. They were unbelievable. Thank you also to all the caring midwives who assisted us and special mention to Ronnie, Janine, Jacinta, Sarah and Fiona. We have put this website together so people can keep in touch with us and the baby, (yes, you can e-mail the baby at mini@minimcewan.com), as well as check out photos and post your thoughts for everyone to see. In particular, we have provided this site for our family and friends in the UK who obviously can't all be with us at this time, but can still keep in touch with what is the most precious chapter in our lives.
